VICTORY FOR TROUBLED YOUTH
VICTORY BEHIND BARS
Greetings to all supporters, friends, and family in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ: this finds us still going to juvenile centers and jails preaching the grace of God to the lost and the saved. So the lost may come to the Lord Jesus and the saved can get to know him better. We ask your prayers and support in this endeavor.
We are busy in this work nearly every night, and some mornings. When ever they let us in, we go.
At Mt Meigs in Montgomery, AL we may have some help coming. I'm waiting to get some volunteer applications from the staff at Mt Meigs. Pray for those at Calvary Baptist Church in Montgomery as they may begin this work soon. At the juvenile facility in Selma, AL just recently there was boy that just turned 11. He didn't get saved, because he really didn't understand what it's all about. But at that same center it's not unusual for 3 or 4 boys, and some times girls there to get saved each week.
Autauga HIT is another program we go to each week. We go there on Monday nights, and have plenty of help at this time, but this summer they are supposed to open a 90-day program there and that should allow us more work for the Lord there.
I would that you would continue to pray for my wife. The doctor believes she has lupus. Plus, she was tested for sleep disorder and was found to stop breathing 20 times in the night she was tested. And she broke her right wrist before Christmas and is just now about to finish rehab.
Please continue to pray for our children. Our son, David, and our daughter, Shannyn, both have an aortic aneurism in the same place - the arch of the aorta. Please keep them in your prayers.
Finally, our support address remains the same. Victory Baptist Missions, Ralph Stokes PO Box 1090 ,Millbrook, AL 36054.
Our pastor at Victory Baptist Church is Joey Byrd.
Our VFTY Bible Fund at last check was $274.50.
